ASTM F594 Hex Head Nuts is used in chemical and petrochemical process equipment, pulp and paper manufacturing and condensers in fossil and nuclear fueled power generation stations. ASTM F594 Square Nuts should be water quenched or cooled as rapidly as possible, depending upon section size. ASTM F594 Lock Nuts can be cold rolled to achieve the temper properties required by specific customers and / or manufacturing requirements. Furthermore, all common hot working methods for ASTM F594 Eye Nuts are possible with between 2100 Degree F and 2300 Degree F. ASTM F594 Wing Nuts has significantly better corrosion resistance in the same environments. ASTM F594 T Nuts can be used in heading, drawing and bending. In addition, nitrogen in ASTM F594 Panel Nuts also contributes to increasing the mechanical strength of the alloy.
In addition to excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties, ASTM F594 Coupling Nuts provides excellent fabricability and formability which are typical of the austenitic alloys. ASTM F594 Dome Nuts can be used based on the nature of industry, such as in Petrochemical, Pulp and paper, Condensers in power generation, etc. ASTM F594 Acorn Nuts has a superior corrosion resistance in special applications where it is desired to reduce contamination to a minimum.
